numerous blues bands all through high
school & continues to gig around the Peoria area. The Motown Junkies are proud she is now gigging with us!
Aaron Miller...
A definite talent to be reckoned with, Aaron has
been playing in the Peoria & Bloomington
blues & jazz scene for 10 years. He's played,
toured, and recorded with Laura Clark,
Melvin Taylor & The Fabulous Thunderbirds.
He currently teaches guitar & bass, sings in a
blues band and lays down the back beat

Sean Smith
Mary Beth Davis...
Grew up singing! Her Mom says, "She sang
and entertained in her crib!" Mary Beth was
always involved in choirs, musicals & bands
in her teen years. She had her own road band
in the 80's, traveling throughout the U.S. &
Canada for 10 years. Entertaining with this
group of talented musicians and performing
the fabulous sound of Motown is her dream
come true!
Russell Miller
The man's been playing blues, jazz, rock & soul music
since he was 14. Russell has performed as a guitarist,
bassist & a vocalist on stages from Memphis to Madison.& everywhere in between. His discography includes many cuts that have been played on radios all over the world. Bass was Russell's first instrument and he is very excited to return to it for the Motown Junkies.
Sean Smith
Does all his talking with his guitar. Sean is a Central Illinois native who started playing drums in the marching band & orchestra and finally got serious about the guitar after high school.. He was an 80's road musician, performing everything from Willy Nelson to Van Halen. He's played on a couple of albums, but to quote Sean, "Don't worry, they didn't go gold, so you haven't heard them!" He is our Guitarist extraordi-naire!
